Up to 30 days in advance for reservations. ASAP bookings are for immediate pickup — your driver arrives in approximately 15 minutes.
Yes. During checkout, toggle 'Booking for someone else' and enter the passenger's name and phone number. We'll send the driver details directly to them.
Short city centre rides start from approximately €12–€15 for a sedan. The booking form shows the exact price for your specific route.
Betaling & Annulering
Online deposit: Visa, Mastercard, iDEAL, and other cards via Stripe. Remaining balance to your driver: card or cash.
No. You pay 25% online to confirm your booking. The remaining 75% is paid directly to your driver at the end of the ride — by card or cash, your choice.
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Your 25% deposit is refunded within 3–5 business days. For cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup, the deposit is non-refundable.
Yes — contact us via WhatsApp or email to change the pickup time, address, or destination. Changes are free up to 2 hours before pickup.

Yes, 24/7 including 03:00 and 04:00 pickups. Same fixed price as daytime — no early morning surcharge. Book at least the night before for early departures.

Standard taxi (sedan, up to 4 passengers), Luxury (Mercedes E/V-class, up to 3 passengers), and Minibus (Sprinter, up to 7 passengers). For groups over 7, we arrange multiple vehicles.
Sedan: 3 large suitcases + hand luggage. Luxury: 2–3 large bags. Minibus: up to 8 large suitcases. For oversized items (skis, golf bags, bicycles, prams), add a note when booking.
Yes. Infant and toddler seats are available on request. Add 'child seat needed' in the booking notes or select it as special equipment in the luggage step.
Small pets in a carrier are welcome. Larger pets need a minibus booking — mention this in your booking notes so we can confirm availability.

Yes, Amsterdam to Giethoorn is one of our most popular routes. The drive is approximately 90 minutes (120 km). We can drop you off, wait while you explore, and drive you back — just book a return trip.
Yes. Amsterdam to Keukenhof takes about 40 minutes (35 km). We recommend pre-booking during tulip season (March–May) as demand is very high.
