Booking & Pricing
Enter your pickup address and destination, choose a date and time (or ASAP), select a vehicle and complete payment. You receive a confirmation by email.
The price is calculated before you pay and does not change during the ride — there is no taximeter. Amsterdam → Schiphol, Keukenhof, Giethoorn and Roermond have fixed prices; other rides are calculated from distance and time.
Yes. Rides shorter than 3 km cost €20.
Yes. Enter the passenger's name and mobile number in the booking form so the driver can contact them directly.
Yes, choose ASAP. Immediate pickups carry a 15% surcharge, shown in the price before you pay.
Payment & Cancellation
Online by card (Visa, Mastercard) or iDEAL via Stripe. If you choose cash, you pay a 25% deposit online and the remaining 75% to the driver.
With card or iDEAL you pay the full amount online. With the cash option you pay a 25% deposit online and the rest to the driver.
Cancellations more than 2 hours before the pickup time are free of charge. Within 2 hours of pickup the payment is non-refundable. See our terms and conditions for details.
Yes. If you book the return trip together with the outbound trip you get a 10% discount on the ride.
Airport Transfers
A fixed €59 in a standard taxi for up to 4 passengers, from any address within 20 km of Amsterdam city centre.
In the arrivals hall after customs. You receive the driver's details by WhatsApp.
Add your flight number in the remarks when you book; the driver uses it to check your landing time. If your plans change, contact us by WhatsApp.
Vehicles & Luggage
A standard taxi (up to 4 passengers), a luxury car (up to 3 passengers) or a minibus (up to 7 passengers). For larger groups we arrange several vehicles.
Yes. Select special luggage such as a pram, wheelchair, bicycle, golf bag or winter-sports gear in the booking form so we can plan the right vehicle.
Child seats can be requested in the remarks when you book. State your child's age and weight; if a suitable seat cannot be arranged we contact you before the ride.
Day Trips & Routes
Yes. Giethoorn and Keukenhof have fixed prices from Amsterdam; Zaanse Schans and Volendam are calculated by distance. You can add a return trip or a waiting service (€40 per hour).
Yes. From Amsterdam city centre a standard taxi costs from about €295 to Rotterdam, €240 to The Hague and €195 to Utrecht. The exact price depends on your addresses.
Yes. Enter your destination in the booking form and the price is calculated for the full route.
Drivers & Safety
Yes, our drivers speak English. You can book and communicate in English, Dutch or German on the website.
Yes. The TX-Keurmerk is the Dutch taxi quality mark. Select it as an option when booking (+€17.98 per booking).
