Mention age and weight
In the remarks field, write how many seats you need and your children's age and weight, so the right seat type can be arranged.
Confirmation
Your request is attached to the booking. If a suitable seat cannot be arranged for your ride, we contact you before the trip.
Prams and pushchairs
Select a stroller/pram as special luggage. With several children or lots of luggage, choose the minibus (up to 7 passengers).
Schiphol taxi with a baby seat or child seat
The most common family trip is the airport transfer. For Amsterdam → Schiphol the fixed price is €59 in a standard taxi, €75 in a luxury car and €80 in a minibus — the online price does not change when you request a child seat.
Arriving at Schiphol with children? Book the ride from Schiphol to your address in advance and add your flight number and the seat details in the remarks. Your driver waits in the arrivals hall.
Bringing your own child seat
Many parents prefer to bring their own car seat. That is fine — mention it in the remarks so the driver knows, and allow a few minutes for installation before departure.

With children a private taxi makes day trips much easier: no changing trains with a pushchair and room for everything you need. Popular family trips are Zaanse Schans, Keukenhof in spring and Giethoorn.
